I move through worlds of story and expression, sometimes behind the scenes, sometimes in front of the lens, always drawn to where emotion becomes something visible.

There are days shaped by set calls and campaign rhythms, where I’m part of the quiet architecture behind how stories are shared. And there are days that belong entirely to creation, where I’m acting, singing, or returning to movement through yoga, letting the body lead when words feel too linear.

​

I’m often in transit between versions of myself: learning lines in the morning, writing melodies in the afternoon, slipping into character or stillness wherever it’s needed. I like the in-between spaces just as much as the moments that feel defined.

Outside of work and performance, I’m usually met by something small and beautiful, light through a window, a trail that clears my head, or a café corner where time slows down just enough. I also find myself drawing often, letting sketches become a quiet way of thinking.

Everything I do comes back to the same impulse: to stay close to presence, to stay open to craft, and to keep building a life that feels honest in motion.
